I admire my father because he taught my many of my life lessons on how to grow up as an independent individual and how to become the person I am today. He listens to what I have to say which is one highly admired executive. He does that by showing up as a listener which makes people comfortable telling him what’s going on. He is always there for me the most admired leaders give their full presence and attention in the meetings they’re in. They focus intently on the conversation and who’s participating. He always knows what to do when I need him most. My dad is a repectable old man who I love with all my heart.
Interest In Others
If you don’t show any interest in helping others to achieve results and success in their careers why should they be interested in helping you get results? Team leaders who make the time to take a genuine interest in helping others achieve results will get benefits well in excess of the investment of time and energy that that they make.
Making Decisions
I might not always have 100% support for every decision that I make but people will value the fact that you take decisions. Being led by someone who procrastinates over every decision is a huge de-motivator and hugely frustrating for those that you lead. This is something that I really need to work on to improve my leadership role in the school.

Providing Clear Intrusctions
As the leader of the team you need to provide direction to others. This includes giving a clear message of the overall direction of the team or function as well as clearly setting the expectations of the team of people that you lead. If you fail to do this, chances are that the results that you deliver will be less than they could potentially be.
Treating Everyone Fairly
Just as in life, there will be some people that you connect with more than others. This in itself is not a problem as such unless it starts to compromise how you treat others. Treat everyone fairly and you will gain the respect and support of those that you lead in most cases

My favourite memory was when thewinter dance Tight and bright took place. This night was really fun and entertaining when the night got rolling. It was a slow start but when everyone got moving it was fun. So when the dance circle started nobody want to start in it so someone had to. I Jumped in and started my challanging some of the younger kids to a dance off. I started with my favourite move... flare you arms and jump around and hope for the best. Best move pulled through because I ended up winning the dance off and gaining the respect of some hood rats.
Listening
One of the most important and yet most challenging things for team leaders is effectively listening to others. It can be hugely tempting to try and rely on your position power to make things happen and while this might get some results in the short term it is unlikely to work in the long term. Make listening more effectively and actively a priority if you want to make an immediate improvement in your team leadership competency.
                                                         Managing Your Workloads
Knowing how to effectively manage your workload is an important part of being a good leader. Learning how to delegate tasks out to employees, prioritize, set realistic deadlines, avoid distractions and say no to unreasonable requests can help to increase your sense of job satisfaction and that of your staff. This also enables you to produce work of a higher quality, because you are able to place more of a focus on the projects you should be spending your time on.
Insperational
Encouraging and inspiring team members to attain their own personal goals and reach their potential can help you to become a better leader. Involving each person in planning team goals for the future makes everyone feel like a valued member of the group and helps to get them excited for new projects.
Knowledge
A good leader never stops learning and always wants to improve his skill set. Making a list of areas you would like to improve, such as acquiring a specific skill set or improving your existing abilities, can help you to become a more well-rounded, valuable leader.

Leadership has always been associated with power, traditionally the power to dominate a group. But, today, this power is fast evaporating. Now, we are more readily moved by the power of ideas, innovations. The awkward fact about good ideas is that no one can monopolize them. This makes leadership more like guerilla warfare, something local, small scale and fluid. The bottom line is that leadership promotes a new direction for a group and it does not have to be associated with an executive position. Anyone with a good idea to champion can show leadership upwards and sideways. Being a leader in this sense has nothing to do with managing a team.

I would say my best leadershipqualities is my laid back personality. I can easily adapt to sudden changes and undecsive decisions. This allows me to add a laid back enviorment to stressful situations.  My easygoing approach invites a more receptive reaction in workers enviroment .A friendly attitude makes like a magnet that draw's out good performances from my friends.
The Santa Claus parade was an event held by Yvonne and Alex which took place on a 60 foot truck! The truck when down queen as we handed out candy to all the kids and families! The whole class helped with the decorating of the float and then after the ncie break of hot chocolate we handed out sweets.
Relationships- Any good leader must be able to create positive healthy relationships with people. I will be able to do this by constantly putting myself out there to meet new people and introduce myself to them. This can create a healthy relationship where you can kindly share remarks in the hall or stop and have a conversation with them.
A Vision- Overall sense of accomplishment.I need to become a leader that will be able to visualize where he wants to be. I can acheive this by maintaining a 70% adverage in my classes. I will be able to challange my own goals by consistantly increasing the standard of percentage in each semester.
Hawktober Fest!
Hawktoberfest was Maddies,Freckles,Claudia and Chanelles spin on octoberfest which was introduced to our school in September. This was an important factor which introduced intermerals and added a fun edge off of the new start to the school year. I pitched in by advertisting the Sausages with our walking billboard, and help cook and sell the sausages to the students.

Barbeque Kickoff

This was our first event to start of the school year. I sold  hand spun cotton candy with Adam Forte. This was important for the school to add spirt and to create a fun enviorment for the Hawk Nation.
